Job Description:
Only VIP Barbers Barber Supply is seeking a dedicated and experienced Authorized Level 3 Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Sell and promote the wide range of Only VIP Barbers Barber Supply products to existing and prospective customers, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify potential customers, determine their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, staying updated with new products, features, and potential applications.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business models and needs.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the barber or beauty supply industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of barbering supplies and equipment.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and potential clients.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Requirements
Product Knowledge: The candidate should have extensive knowledge about barber supplies including various types of clippers, shears, razors, hair products, styling tools, and salon furniture. They should be able to articulate the features, benefits, and usage of the products to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner.
Sales Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a history of successful sales records. Familiarity with the sales process and effective strategies to drive both short-term sales and long-term client relationships is crucial.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role. The candidate should be able to effectively engage with customers, answer their questions, understand their needs, and provide recommendations accordingly. Additionally, they should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with barbershop owners and staff.
Travel Flexibility: This role may require regular travel to visit existing and potential customers, including barbershops and beauty salons, in a specified geographic area. The candidate should have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with regular local or regional travel.
